This is a great condo in a small complex where everyone knows your name! This is one of the least expensive projects at the lake with no corners cut when it comes to maintaining. Docks have breakwaters, main channel views are very nice, condo faces northeast for great sun in the morning and afternoon shade. This condo has been updated with a new fridge, marble show and vanity, and it is one of the very few units with a dishwasher! Owner has taken very good care of the unit and shows very well. This is right off of the parking lot with no steps for easy access and the lakefront boardwalk is very enjoyable. Don' t forget about all the green space to enjoy, the tennis court, and the boat & trailer parking lot & private assocaition boat ramp.
